Leo Klingheis, is the investor from Sibiu who laid the foundations of this idea. "We will have a mini zoo, we will have many outdoor playgrounds, in phase 2 we will make an indoor playground for the winter period, for rainy days, an enchanted forest, a delicacy market", he said.
