Ciresica residential neighborhood, Sibiu. Maps for understanding the area

The Cireṣica residential neighborhood in Sibiu is today the largest neighborhood of new blocks of flats in Sibiu and hosts over 1000 families. From 2009 until today, approximately 800 building permits have been issued by the Cisnădie City Hall in this section alone (administratively, the entire area belongs to the town of Cisnădie).

No one expected this area to be of such an interest for buyers. This explosion is largely due to the fact that a few years ago, certain businessmen developed an urban area plan for a very large land area (it is the largest urban area plan ever drawn up in Sibiu, covering a record area in Romania). Subsequently, the land was „crumbled” into hundreds of plots and put up for sale. Due to the difficulties with which the construction of apartments, houses or blocks of flats is authorized in Sibiu, these ready-authorized pieces of land soon became very attractive for real estate developers.

This is how, in recent years, in Sibiu, Cireṣica area, many real estate players have appeared. Each of them offers a certain type of apartment, stand-alone house or semi-detached houses (duplex, triplex or terraced houses).
Due to the large number of bidders who „are fighting” for the same area, the prices are the lowest in the Sibiu real estate market. This is to the advantage of the buyers. This is also the reason why Cireṣica exploded in this way.
