Home style office - the refuge of home office women

The other day I shared on our Facebook page an inspirational material about setting up a men's office in my own home. I was saying then that we will come back with an article in which to gather some suggestions for arranging an ideal office for the ladies who work from home in this pandemic context.

Why? Because it is essential to feel comfortable at the office, be it at home, in your own apartment. But it is equally important to feel inspired to carry out your daily activities, to have an organized space in which not to get lost in files and documents and especially to be 100% here.

So, let's see together 10 office ideas in your own home.

1. The white classic never dies. White or other light, pastel shades help us maintain our balance and concentration. Therefore, countless offices are arranged in light colors. If you still want a color accent, you can opt for a painting in bright colors or even some black shelves that contrast nicely with the entire workspace.

2. Give up the classic rectangular shape of the desk. I think that most of the time when we think of an office, we imagine a rectangular table, probably with drawers for storage, in a neutral color. Well, there are other options. The semi-oval office in the image is a unique proposal for a woman's office.

3. A drop of pink didn't kill anyone. You don't have to be a fan of pink to choose this shade for office design. Specialists say that the shade of dusty pink is pleasing to the eye, gives us a sense of comfort and tranquility and is recommended for office design. Opt for a pink chair or maybe for curtains in shades of dusty pink that will turn the space into a feminine one.

4. Simplicity is the key to beauty. Are you one of those people who thought that this period would end quickly and you delayed setting up an office? Don't you want to invest "in vain"? Well, you can easily and quickly arrange a work space at home. Choose a simple table and place it next to a wall on which you can arrange a "work" panel. Add a flower and a lamp for the days when you work more and you have solved the problem.

5. Do not neglect the storage space. It may seem simple to work from home, but if the period of work from home exceeds one or two weeks, you may need a clear storage space. You can arrange some shelves above the desk or even order some simple cabinets or some drawers to help you organize as well as possible the things you need to carry out your activity without problems.

6. Pay attention to accessories. A simple desk can be beautifully accessorized to become truly special. If, for example, you work in a creative field, marketing, copywriting, you can accessorize the office with a support for magazines and books in which to often find inspiration. Choose assorted supports for office items and arrange cabinets right next to the office, where you can organize and store all the documents you need to carry out your activity.

7. The details make all the difference. Choose a fluffy pillow for the office chair, customize a calendar to post next to the desk and organize yourself, or you can even buy a small tablet on which to write another inspirational message every day. The small details make a big difference.

8. Surround yourself with plants. Everyone knows that plants filter oxygen, but studies have shown that the benefits of indoor plants are much greater. They reduce stress, successfully fight disease and even get rid of headaches. Indoor plants also improve mental health: it seems that moments of stalemate are more easily overcome when you have plants that grow harmoniously.

9. Photo frames with loved ones. Whether you have a table or a small one, you will definitely find space for one or two photo frames with your loved ones. It seems that we feel more comfortable, safer, when our loved ones are with us, be they and only in the picture.

10. Candles and air fresheners for the room. Maybe when you go to the office you can't use scented candles or certain air fresheners, since you share the space with more people. But at home things are different. You can buy scented candles or other room perfumes to create an atmosphere at least pleasant for you.
