As the new year approaches, as other desires arise, and people set new plans and set certain goals. Have you thought about what your 2022 resolutions might look like? An easy way to get started is to write down some new goals for 2022 and decide what is actually achievable for you so that you are not disappointed.

1. Permanently clean car
There are places where one or more family members spend a lot of time, and the top of the list is often the car. For this reason, cleaning your vehicle can be a goal. 3. Compliment someone from the heart
This may be harder for the open than for the introverted, but it's worth the effort. Strive to give someone a compliment (a co-worker, a friend or even the person in front of you). A simple word can positively influence the mood of the recipient as well as yours. Don't forget your loved ones.

4. Do not delay the morning alarm
Fatigue probably speaks for itself and you tend to put off the alarm clock every morning. However, it does not. Get out of bed when the alarm goes off, because you're the one who set it. Even if it is difficult for you, think that you can stay in the shower longer or you can enjoy your breakfast in peace.

5. Read more
If you love to read, consider reading a new book every month. To make it easier for you, you can join a book club and meet other people and also discover new books. If you don't like reading, then take it easy and try to read at least 5 minutes every day.

6. New activity every month
Are you an active and energetic person? Then this could be a goal you like. Try to do something different every month of the year. Whether you're trying a new restaurant, choosing a different movie to watch with friends every month, or choosing to enroll in a course, all of these plans will help you become more responsible.
7. Learn a new hobby
Everyone needs a little time for himself, and a new hobby is a great way to force your mind to think of other things than children or work. You can choose from a wide range of hobbies, from embroidery, sewing, gardening, pottery, etc. Whatever you choose, remember that a new activity can bring you the peace and relaxation you need.

8. Go on several trips
Do you have a list of places you want to go and haven't had a trip this year? Choose the year 2022 to enjoy at least some of theplaces on the list. If you decide that the trips are by car, you can enjoy the landscapes, the food specific to each area or the people.
 
 
9. Drink more water
We all want to drink more water because we know how much it helps our body. But, as in other situations, the start is harder. Start by replacing 1-2 drinks a day with water. You can replace the second cup of coffee with a glass or two of water. Buy a bottle or a cup of water with funny details or to your taste, this could help you.

10. Write to your loved ones
During the pandemic, people understood how important their loved ones are and how much they can help in difficult times. Because you see them every day or you think they already know everything you feel for them, you don't tell them how happy you are to have them with you, for better or for worse. The year 2022 may be the time to change that. Write them a message, an email or surprise them with a letter to express their gratitude.
