Stand-alone house in Bavaria. How much does it cost and what are the advantages?

Bavaria is a residential neighborhood of houses that develops harmoniously just a few minutes away from Sibiu, in the direction of Agnita. The clean air, the beautiful landscapes, as well as the tranquility of the neighborhood determine more and more Sibiu residents to turn their attention to a house for sale here, especially in the current context, when a patch of land in the open is so precious.

What kind of houses are being built here?
There was a high demand for stand-alone houses here, because in 2016, at the start of the project, there were mostly duplexes. Thus, at this moment, in the Bavaria neighborhood both duplexes and stand-alone houses are being built, and in this material we will turn our attention to the latter.

The stand-alone houses for sale in Bavaria have 119 usable sqm and have 630 sqm or 392 sqm of land. Prices differ depending on the buyer’s choice of square footage of the land. A house with 630 sqm of land costs 114,000 euros, while a house with 392 sqm of land costs 100,000 euros.
Section 4 is completely built, registered and sold. At the moment we have listed for sale the individual houses that make up section 5 of the project, and things will not stop here.

Who is building here?
The project began with RSB INMO Investment, a company headquartered in Munich. The intention was to build a residential complex according to German standards. The safety of the tenants, the quality constructions, the beautifully arranged green spaces, the park built here, were all meant to reflect the German model.
After the neighborhood became more and more famous, other real estate developers decided to invest here, too. Section 4 of houses consisted of 7 new stand-alone houses: 3 of them were built by New Concept Living and 4 of them were built by Rara Invest group.

The whole section 5 of stand-alone houses in the neighborhood is now being built by New Concept Living. The houses will be handed over in the gray stage in autumn of this year.

Why a stand-alone house in Bavaria?
