There is an ideal alternative both for those who are looking for a quick and less expensive way to arrange their home, and for those who spend a lot of time and for whom the details make the difference. This alternative is wallpaper. If until recently it was considered an old-fashioned material, in the last 2-3 years it has become an increasingly common choice.
Buyers choose it in the design process because it is available in a multitude of models and textures, fills the space in which it is used, is easy to install and lasts over time.

Choose to put the wallpaper on one wall
Because it is very easy to install, you can apply it on all the walls of a room, but this is not recommended because it can become tiring. Also, having rich textures, the room will seem much too crowded, and the effect will not be the desired one.
For these reasons, the ideal method is to use it on a single wall. You're probably wondering now which wall will be changed? In this sense, there are several options to choose from.
You can use it in the living room, behind the sofa or on the wall where the TV is mounted. You can also mount it in the bedroom, on the wall behind the bed or on its sides. Whichever option you choose, the effect will be the desired one as long as you take into account the existing design and colors.
It is also a good option for the hall in the house. Apply it in the area dedicated to shoes, in the area of the hanger, etc. Thus, the space will not be as dull.

Before making a decision on whether or not to use wallpaper for your home, here are its advantages and disadvantages.

Benefits:
• It is applied on any type of material: concrete, plaster, brick, etc.
• It lasts longer (15-20 years): if it is maintained, its color, appearance and texture will be preserved;

• The visual impact is much higher than that of classified paintings;
• Removes easily;
• It can mask the defects of the walls in the house;

Disadvantages:

• The wallpaper should be applied only on a perfectly dry surface;
• Washable wallpaper is harder to apply on a wall due to plastic film and weight;
• Paper wallpaper is much more sensitive to moisture. Also for this reason, its application is more difficult;
• Washable or semi-washable wallpaper does not allow walls to breathe.
