Because the interior design of the building is a meticulous, exciting process, which requires a lot of time and which puts your creativity to the test, inspiration is the most used tool. Such a project, thought out in detail and done with great passion over time, is that of some of our colleagues.
Before we met Loredana and Marius as colleagues, they bought an apartment in the Konsta Splendid complex in Selimbar with our help. of them. Their joy has become our joy. She told us more about it all along and we decided to share it with you.

1. How important was it to you to buy a home and how would you describe the whole process now?
The process itself was a complicated one (from a legislative point of view), because I bought the apartment with the help of a mortgage loan, and the fact that I didn't have at least 5 years of work experience and that I didn't have any other loans made it difficult. . We were very lucky to meet professional people at both the bank and the finance department at New Concept Living, so we were helped with everything we didn't understand and received the information and materials we needed throughout the trip. .
Buying a home is an important step in every person's life and the most important thing to keep in mind is natural light. :) I'm not kidding.
2. What did arranging on your own mean to you and where did you get your inspiration from?
First of all, if I did not have such a skilled craftsman as my travel partner, the purchase of an apartment in the gray stage does not even come into question. But because I'm lucky, the planning process was really fun. I also learned to grind tiles and bricks, to drill holes in the machine and to install sinks (not to mention the installation of furniture).
Our main inspiration: pinterest. I've been there for about 10 years, so I've seen, saved, and put a lot of ideas into practice. But inspiration in the true sense of the word comes when you get to work, only then do you realize what something you just designed in your imagination physically looks like, and if you are not satisfied with the end result, other ideas immediately come to you. which you can't wait to apply.

3. What is the style of choice for your home?
Each of us has seen in different places something he wants at home: a certain model of sofa, a lamp, a coffee table made of a slice of wood, or maybe some hanging shelves. What I mean is that everyone starts from an idea of an ideal space, of a space that makes you feel good, a space only yours, that will represent you and transmit to those who walk inside only positive energies.
Industrial style has always been my favorite. Because I wanted an atmosphere as cozy as possible, as "home" as possible, I kept this style of natural materials: brick, pieces of furniture and decor that contain metal elements, which I combined with a lot of wood and a color palette that contains both warm and cool colors. I like pieces of furniture with high legs, under which any ray of light can penetrate, because light amplifies every space.
4. What stage is the house in now? It is said that you arrange a home all your life and I know that there are always small details that you have to take care of.
Ha, ha. This is exactly the case with us. The apartment is comfortable, livable and inhabited and we enjoy every moment spent at home. But we still have to solve small details such as chandeliers, carpets, as seen in the pictures. We also intend to have two or three paintings with images that represent something special for us.
