The industrial park developed by New Concept Living in Sibiu represents a unique concept, similar to a residential district, with the difference that only industrial halls can be built on these plots. The plots, located in close proximity to each other, offer customers the opportunity to purchase several lots.

Part of the industrial halls will be built and leased long-term by New Concept Living Industrial, and another part of the halls are available for sale. Also, there are plots available for sale on which buyers can build industrial halls on their own.

The industrial park is aimed at small and medium-sized companies, offering industrial land connected to utilities and easy access to public roads. Owners can build industrial halls of various sizes on plots with areas between 1653 – 2800 sq m.

The urban land with approved PUZ has an area of ​​2574 square meters (Lot 2), with a street frontage. A hall with a maximum area of ​​18mx33m (594 sq m) can be built on this plot.

On request, customers can purchase plots with a construction permit for industrial halls or with already built halls.

The industrial park will include 30 halls and will benefit from two access roads from the county road. Located 6.2 km (8 minutes) from the Sibiu city belt, between Sura Mica and Ocna Sibiului, the location suits companies that require their own plot for production, workshop, garage or warehouse.

The inauguration of the industrial park is scheduled for the end of 2023, when New Concept Living Industrial will start renting the first halls.

The water, sewage, rainwater and electricity networks are currently extended.
The access roads will be graveled by May 2023 and subsequently paved upon completion of construction.
The location of the land is at the entrance to Ocna Sibiului, with paved and paved access.
