The investor EBS REI (Real Estate Investment) operates on the real estate market in Cluj Napoca. Anticipating the rapid development of Sibiu, he decided to expand his business in our city. Such a large investment requires a complete, local management team to lead the project. Thus, in 2016 the business project management contract was signed with New Concept Living and the investor delegated all the responsibility to a third party legal entity.
This time, the choice of land and investment opportunity was again the responsibility of New Concept Living. Due to the good location opposite Sibiu and due to the 3 existing access roads for residents, the apartments in the EBS REI complex were sold before the completion of the structure.

Bavaria Residential Park
The German investor of the Bavaria Residential Park neighborhood in Sibiu initiated the project on his own in 2008, when he purchased land to resell the plots and to build about 200 houses, individually and attached. Until 2015, the project was not successful and not one housing unit was sold. The main reason was the non-correlation of the investor's vision (operating in the Munich real estate market) with the local real estate market.
In 2016, New Concept Living signed the business project management contract with the investor, changed its vision and concept and managed to transform a sparsely populated area into a neighborhood in the true sense of the word. Currently, over 95% of the investor's units are sold.

The investor Konsta Splendid has been active for more than 10 years in the food sector: retail and distribution. The Park Residence Cisnadie complex was initially designed and authorized by another local investor. Due to the location of the project at a considerable distance from Sibiu, the initial investor feared that he would not sell the apartments and sold the project to another investor. With the new investor, New Concept Living has signed a business project management contract and looked for opportunities for him to start immediately.
Having the real estate agency as part of the group, New Concept Living offered the guarantee of selling the apartments despite the distance to Sibiu. At the time of the completion of the 60 apartments, 80% of the housing units were already sold.

In 2007 a local investor started the real estate project consisting of 92 apartments in 7 apartment buildings. Due to lack of funding and sales, the project was abandoned shortly after receiving the building permit. 10 years later the project was reauthorized by the new owners and New Concept Living signed the business project management contract with the investors, thus taking over the sale of all apartments.
The 7 apartment buildings were built in less than 12 months. Through the real estate agency, part of the New Concept Living group, over 90% of the apartments were sold before the construction of the house frame was completed.

Imperial Zone is a residential complex consisting of two blocks with three storeys. It differs from many complexes in the Calea Cisnadiei area through generous surfaces, but also through the best quality construction materials that ensure very good insulation.
