We have integrated UTrust, thus facilitating payment by cryptocurrencies for the homes we have developed and for our intermediation services. On the platform www.newconceptliving.ro, the real estates that can be traded through cryptocurrencies will also have the price displayed in ELGD and BTC.
Also, a new search filter has been added to the search engine on our platform, which will display only those housing units that can be purchased through cryptocurrencies.
Simple, fast and legal
From your private wallet (personal crypto wallet) or even from your account associated with any exchange, cryptocurrencies leave, and RON arrives in our company's account. Practically, today you can buy any home developed by New Concept Living through cryptocurrencies. You can also pay brokerage fees directly from your crypto account.
Step 1 - Fill out the KYC (know your customer) form directly on the UTrust platform.
Step 2 - New Concept Living generates an invoice that includes a QR code. After scanning the QR code, you will be directed to the payment processing channel. You will be redirected to the UTrust payment widget, which is compatible with most virtual wallets. This will allow you to pay for your purchase securely and without interruption using BTC, ETH, ELGD or a number of other virtual currencies. After making the payment from ewallet, in maximum 48 hours in our account enters the amount in RON.
The price in RON remains final at the time of issuing the invoice, and the link for payment in crypto and the associated link is valid for 15 minutes. If the 15 minutes are exceeded, the system will generate a new link valid for payment for the same invoice issued by the seller, but with a new course from that moment.
