Basically, the largest lake in the city will become the city's second attraction, after the historic center.”

All this news was conveyed to the general public when the Lake Residence complex (see details of available apartments for sale here) was already nearly completed. Many buyers bought after Sibiu City Hall released this news, but many were the ones who had a good long-term vision and understood that the city is developing in this area. Dozens of customers bought at the beginning of construction apartments at low prices, the value of which will certainly increase considerably after the arrangement of the lake.

Therefore, the statement „happy will be those who have invested in Lake Residence” is very true. Here are some arguments:
- Binder Lake will become an unique area in Sibiu. As mentioned, Sibiu City Hall is investing a considerable amount of money to develop a beautiful recreational area on the shore of the largest lake in the city: water sports, running track, bike lane, beach area, promenade area, terrace bar, all this will become an incredible attraction.

- The price is constantly rising. When the construction of the Lake Residence complex started, a square meter cost a little over 600 euros/sqm, with delivery in the gray construction phase. Thus, an apartment with an usable area of 72 sqm cost 44,800 euros. At the moment, buyers pay over 800 euros/sqm and prices are rising. We are convinced that, when the area is fully arranged, the prices will easily exceed 1000 euros/sqm.

- Historic center of Sibiu, just 3 kilometers away. A simple search on Google Maps will show the proximity of the complex to the city center. Residents will drive 10 minutes to the center, and a walk to the same destination takes less than 30 minutes.

- Easy access to public transport. The complex is strategically located, close to public transport. Residents will have easy access to all neighborhoods of the city.

- Suitable for hotel-style rental. Given that the area will become unique in the city, there will certainly be many who want to rent a hotel-style apartment here.

- The city’s direction of development is towards the North-West. Lake Residence is located in this area, with easy access to the A1 motorway and the city ring road.

- Close to the Industrial Area West. The complex is located a few minutes away from the Industrial Area West, where many multinational companies have currently opened their headquarters. - No traffic jams. Residents of Lake Residence will enjoy road traffic without traffic jams. Of course, during peak hours it takes 15 minutes to get to the Large Square/Piaţa Mare, not 10 minutes. However, it is important to know that traffic jams do NOT appear in the area, and the drive home will be a pleasure.
