If you feel that your space is invaded and you cannot find peace at home, call the police and ask for help. It is not a pleasant method nor easy to implement, but basically every citizen has some rights that must be respected.


3. You buy another apartment, better soundproofed.

It is not the most convenient option, but sometimes it is better that way. If you live in an apartment with poor sound insulation, any small noise will be felt 10 times more acutely. It is therefore possible that the problem is not the neighbor, but your own home. Choose an apartment carefully, ask technical questions related to sound and thermal insulation and make sure you buy the ideal apartment for you.
